Effective immediately, Namecheap.com has acquired all assets and the customer base of PeopleHost. This is an exciting time for both Namecheap and PeopleHost as we look to improve and develop the services offered to PeopleHost customers.
We will be retaining the strengths that PeopleHost has whilst looking to improve certain areas of the business. Notably, these are:
- Customer Service. We have noted a decline in levels of customer service and technical support before our acquisition. It is our intention to bring customer service levels up to the same extremely high levels that Namecheap customers experience. We have a team of close to 100 people who will be supporting you in sales, billing and technical roles on a 24×7 basis.
- Service Performance. We will be investing heavily in the latest and newest technology to ensure lightening fast service performance at all times. Infrastructure upgrades will be taking place in a controlled manner, guaranteeing better load times and less downtime for your website.
- Service Expansion. We will be introducing a wider range of services to PeopleHost customers including VPS, Reseller Hosting and Dedicated Servers.
